    I love the headlines "Canada acquires Miami minus Stanton" , i guess the whole we'll invest in our team when we get a better stadium was moot.

    Yeah, if the team can pay for it, go for it. Reyes was a monumental disappointment last season but maybe a change of leagues can help him. Another injury-free season for Johnson could put him back to his old self too.

    All of those guys didn't make the Marlins contenders in the NL East.


    With that being said, this deal completely kills the pitiful baseball market that barely existed in Miami. The deal itself does not shock me coming from the Marlins.

    Now its time to send Stanton to Atlanta.
